In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Rub this spice blend all over the chicken thighs. 5. Arrange the chicken . Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice, rinsed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the butter, onion and garlic. Bake for 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
